Complaints Procedure
At Cox and Hitchcock Dental group our aim is to give the highest standard of service and care to all our patients. We will try and ensure that all our patients are happy with their dental experience. We always welcome feedback from our patients.
We will try to deal with any complaints in a quick and confidential manner between the patient and the Practice Manager.
A complaint can be made either by letter, phone, email or in person.
Our Practice Manager will then contact the patient within 3 working days.
We will then investigate the complaint and try to resolve it within 10 working Days. Occasionaly, investiagtions may take longer. We will always let our patients know, providing regular updates.

If the patient is still not happy and feels that their complaint has not been adequately dealt with, then the patient may contact the relevant organisations below.
